Immune Boosting Broth

organic chicken carcasses or leftover chicken bones

celery sticks diced

carrots diced

cloves of garlic

onion diced
3
lengths of wakame seaweed

black pepper

parsley leaves

handful
shitake mushrooms

tbsp
apple cider vinegar
1
tbsp
rock or sea salt
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a slow cooker.
Cover with filtered water.
Slow cook on high temperature for 12-24 hours.
Strain and either drink as a tea, add to your cooking or freeze portions for later use.
