Equipment

  • Pressure cooker

Ingredients

  • 2 organic chicken carcasses or leftover chicken bones
  • 3 celery sticks diced
  • 3 carrots diced
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 lengths of wakame seaweed
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 handful parsley leaves
  • 1 handful shitake mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp rock or sea salt

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a slow cooker.
  • Cover with filtered water.
  • Slow cook on high temperature for 12-24 hours.
  • Strain and either drink as a tea, add to your cooking or freeze portions for later use.
