Meditation 4: Balance and Harmony

This meditation is Intended to balance and align your energy, nervous system and mind. It will assist you in releasing any inner conflict, so that you can powerfully move forward and live your truth.

Sit comfortably with a straight spine. Bring your hands to your chest, fingers pointing toward each other and thumbs up (like in photo). Relax your shoulders and focus on your breath. Inhale for 5 seconds, exhale for 5 seconds. Hold after the exhale, with a still chest. Draw your navel in and up. Hold for 10-15 seconds, staying as relaxed as possible. Release the grip and repeat. Your eyes should be slightly closed, gazing towards your upper lip. Continue this mediation for 3-5 minutes.
