Pre-heat oven to 150 degrees C.
Place seaweed sheets onto a lined oven tray.
In a bowl add the olive oil and salt. Mix to combine.
With a basting brush, dip it into the olive oil and lightly coat the seaweed sheets.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.
Cook in the oven for 7-10 minutes, just until the sesame seeds are brown and the seaweed is crispy to eat.
Use scissors to chop into rectangles.
Store in an air-tight jar.
