Ingredients

  • 1 cup activated buckwheat buckinins
  • 1 cup puffed amaranth
  • 1 cup puffed millet
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cuop poppy seeds
  • 1/2 cup flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup sultanas oil free, preservative free
  • 1/4 cup goji berries
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
  • Store in an airtight container
  • Serve with your favourite milk, yoghurt and berries
