Mango Lunchbox Slice

Ingredients

medjool dates

grass fed butter

desiccated coconut

sunflower seeds
1/2

pumpkin seeds

tahini

honey

dried mango
or alternatively use sultanas, apricots or figs

vanilla

cinnamon
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees C.
Chop up pitted dates and butter into small pieces.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Place all dry ingredients into a food processor and blitz until it resembles a crumble consistency.
Add wet ingredients and blitz to combine.
Press mixture into a lined baking tin (approximately a 20cm x 20cm tin).
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Once cooled, slice into muesli bar slices.
Store in a biscuit tin or freeze for use down the track.
