Caramel Bliss Balls
These are the easiest little treats. You can quickly whip these up for you or your kids for an afternoon energy boost or a delicious gift to complement your cup of tea.
Getting into the kitchen and cooking your own food is one of the best things you can do for your family’s health and it’s such a privilege too. Happy cooking!!

Healthier Anzac Cookies
Making and baking cookies has never really been a gift of mine. Cooking without gluten flour (eg. wheat) makes it harder to perfect the texture, moisture and ability for cookies to bind together. Along the way I have certainly baked many rock-like failures!
These cookies are thankfully an exception to my past cookie baking journey.

Quick and Easy Dairy-Free Butter Chicken Alternative
This is a very quick and easy dinner that shall please even the fussiest of kids. It’s a spin on an old take-away favorite of mine, the Indian Butter Chicken. Even thought it tasted delicious, unfortunately this dish never agreed with me; being made with cream, sugar and inflammatory hydrogenated oil.
This is a great alternative for those families who are dairy free or are seeking a healthier alternative. It can also be made using tempeh or chickpeas too.

Happy Kids Choc Pops
When the heat wave hits, these are the perfect treat to create for your kids following a long day at the beach or pool. They are dairy and sugar free. They aren’t going to give your kids a crazy sugar high or bring on any melt downs. As opposed to an ice-cream bought at the milk bar, these are actually full of nutrition, are gut and allergy friendly and taste absolutely divine.

Apricot Squares
So delicious as a treat on a hot day, in a lunch box or for a healthy afternoon tea. Best of all its full of healthy fats and is sugar free. Enjoy!
